This update brings three things you asked for a lot: an assistant that understands what you say, a place to work as a team, and picture help so you can learn the app without getting lost.
AI assistant
You can now ask Mimi or Toby in your own words. Your assistant tells you what’s on today, helps you plan your day and prepares events, expenses, tasks or notes. Nothing is saved until you tap “Save.”
- “What do I have tomorrow?” answers with your real schedule.
- “Note that I spent 300 on gas” leaves the card ready to save.
- “How do I add a task?” sends you the picture guide in the chat.
The AI assistant is optional. Turn it on in the chat or in Profile → Privacy and data. Your messages are kept for 7 days and aren’t used to train AI.
Work teams
In Job, your company can create a team and give you your own username. There you share projects, tasks and meetings you can sign up for. The admin sees each person’s tasks and progress.
Your personal life stays yours: the company only sees what you do inside the team, never your planner, finances or spaces. With “View as the company” you can check exactly what it sees.
A tour and picture guides
The first time you open the app, Mimi and Toby show you the basics in a minute. And if you forget something, Profile → Guides has step-by-step guides with real screenshots and marks that show you where to tap.
- The + button now asks what you want to add: event, task, expense, note, log or by voice.
- Profile → Help has the FAQ by topic.
- You can pick the color of the guide marks.
As always, Organizing is free. Tell us what you think.
